These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dgtldepot.com and any tools or content we provide through it, operated by DGTL Depot ("DGTL Depot," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Client engagements
Paid services are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or service agreement we sign with each client. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
Using our site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, logos, and code are owned by DGTL Depot or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or republish them without our written permission. Work we create for clients is owned as set out in that client's agreement.
