Who we are
DGTL Depot ("DGTL Depot," "we," "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Southern California. This policy covers dgtldepot.com, our booking and contact forms, the services we provide to clients, and the internal tools we use to run the agency. Questions? Email info@dgtldepot.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and message.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Client data. When we work with you, we may access your marketing accounts (for example analytics, search, advertising, or business listing accounts) with your permission, only to deliver the services you hired us for.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide our services
- To run, measure, and improve our website and marketing
- To send updates you asked for (you can opt out anytime)
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Google user data
DGTL Depot uses an internal tool, used only by our own team, that connects to Google services (such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Business Profile) through Google APIs. It is used solely by DGTL Depot to manage our own accounts and the client accounts we are authorized to access.
- Data accessed through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve this internal functionality for the authorized user.
- It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the functionality, comply with law, or with explicit consent.
- It is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Humans do not read this data except with the user's consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
DGTL Depot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the business, such as website hosting, analytics, scheduling, CRM, email, and payment processing. They only receive the information needed to perform their service for us.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email info@dgtldepot.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
