The Challenge

Stuck on a Free Template With
No Real Online Presence

GMA After School was running a thriving brick-and-mortar program out of a 6,000 sq ft facility — but their website looked nothing like the operation behind it, and the gaps were costing them growth.

What we walked into

A free Wix-style template that had been bolted together years ago. No real brand, no SEO, no way to book online, and no way for parents to pay digitally — every camp signup and tuition payment required an in-person trip to the POS terminal.

!Free template — bland design, generic photos, nothing that reflected the 33+ year operation behind it.
!Zero SEO — invisible on Google for "after school Gallatin," "homeschool program TN," and every other local search parents actually run.
!No online booking — every parent inquiry meant a phone call, a missed call, or a delayed reply.

What changed for GMA

Before this build, every camp signup required a drive-in to swipe a card at the POS. That friction killed conversions on the highest-ticket programs and made full-summer enrollments a slog.

Now the registration flow captures the parent, the children, the camp weeks, and the payment in one sitting — and Klarna + Afterpay let families spread the bigger packages over installments instead of one upfront hit. The owners now close higher-ticket clients they couldn't reach before.
